摘要:隨(suí)著電(diàn)力工業的發(fā)展,對(duì)設備的(dí)安(ān)全性,可(kě)靠性(xìng)要(yào)求(qiú)越(yuè)來越高。在(zài)這種條件下,高壓設(shè)備的無綫測(cè)溫(wēn)係統應(yīng)運而生(shēng)。這(zhè)種技(jì)術是將內置(zhì)電池或電流感(gǎn)應和無綫發(fā)射(shè)模塊的測(cè)溫(wēn)傳感(gǎn)器安裝於各(gè)測(cè)溫點,由於其(qí)體積(jī)小,且無(wú)需任(rèn)何接綫,其(qí)電(diàn)氣安全性可以得(dé)到保證。傳感器(qì)周期性(xìng)的(dí)將測溫數據(jù)無(wú)綫發送至接(jiē)收(shōu)單元(yuán),接收(shōu)單元(yuán)可聯(lián)網將數據送(sòng)至主站,以此(cǐ)實現一(yī)個區域係統的電(diàn)氣溫度監測(cè)。

Abstract: With the development power industry,the requirements for the safety and reliability of equipment are getting higher and higher. In this situation,ACREL wireless temperature monitoring system is designed for high voltage device. This technology is to install the temperature sensor with built-in battery or temperature sensor by current sensing and wireless transmitter module at each temperature measurement point. The sensor periodically sends the temperature measurement data wireless to the receiving unit, and the receiving unit can be connected to the network to send the data to the master station, thereby realizing electrical temperature monitoring of a regional system.
This article introduce wireless monitoring system used in substations in Netherlands.
1.當(dāng)前現(xiàn)狀(zhuàng) Current Status
多年(nián)來,由(yóu)於(yú)技術水平的限製,雖然曾利用(yòng)紅外測溫儀,紅外成像(xiàng)儀(yí),感溫(wēn)電(diàn)纜(lǎn),傳(chuán)統(tǒng)的(dí)點式(shì)測溫(wēn)係統(tǒng)希望解決上述(shù)問題,但都無(wú)法(fǎ)實現(xiàn)開關(guān)櫃內如斷(duàn)路(lù)器(qì),刀閘(zhá)聯接點和觸頭(tóu)測溫(wēn)。目(mù)前,國(guó)內電(diàn)力測溫主(zhǔ)要(yào)應(yīng)用紅(hóng)外點(diǎn)測(cè)儀和光纖(xiān)測溫(wēn)儀,而(ér)在綫方式(shì)由於(yú)無法解決高壓絕(jué)緣問題,所以高(gāo)壓(yā)開關的觸點等空間(jiān)有限的電氣設備基本上都(dū)是(shì)處(chǔ)於(yú)*無(wú)監(jiān)控的狀態(tài)下(xià)運行,存在重(zhòng)大(dà)安(ān)全隱(yǐn)患。

However, the on-line method cannot solve the problem of high-voltage insulation, so the electrical equipment with limited space, such as the contact of high-voltage switch, basically operates in a completely unmonitored state, with major safety hazards.
