近(jìn)幾年(nián)為應(yīng)對(duì)溫室(shì)氣體的(dí)排放導致的全(quán)球變暖(nuǎn)，氣(qì)候變(biàn)化(huà)等(děng)問題(tí),各大(dà)國(guó)紛(fēn)紛(fēn)對(duì)焦推進電(diàn)動(dòng)汽(qì)車，從(cóng)而減少傳統(tǒng)燃(rán)油汽車帶來的大量(liáng)溫(wēn)室(shì)氣體排(pái)放。而推進新能源(yuán)汽(qì)車(chē)的(dí)各(gè)項舉措之中，充(chōng)電(diàn)樁的基(jī)礎建設，又是其(qí)中的(dí)重中(zhōng)之重(zhòng)，以(yǐ)此為背景(jǐng)，全球湧(yǒng)現(xiàn)出大量(liáng)充(chōng)電樁基(jī)建項(xiàng)目(mù)。

I Background

In recent years, in response to global warming and climate change caused by greenhouse gas emissions，many countries have focused on promoting electric vehicles to replace traditional fuel vehicles. And the construction of charging piles is very important in the promotion of new energy vehicles.Therefore, a large number of charging pile projects have emerged around the world.
