Application of Acrel AC Three Phase Energy Meter in Vietnam Solar System

摘要:本(běn)文介紹了(liǎo)PZ96L和(hé)AMC96L在(zài)越南(nán)光(guāng)伏逆變器(qì)上(shàng)的(dí)應用(yòng)。目前(qián)，電網公司(sī)通(tōng)常要求光伏並網係統為不可逆流(liú)發電(diàn)係統(tǒng)，即光(guāng)伏並(bìng)網係統所發(fā)的電由本(běn)地(dì)負荷消(xiāo)耗(hào)，即(jí)自發(fā)自用。在(zài)並網發電和(hé)儲能係統中，由於外部(bù)環境是(shì)不斷變化的(dí)，為(wéi)了防(fáng)止光(guāng)伏(fú)並(bìng)網係統(tǒng)逆向發電(diàn)，係統(tǒng)需要(yào)進(jìn)行逆(nì)流檢測，通(tōng)過實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)配(pèi)電變壓器低(dī)壓出口側的功率信(xìn)號(hào)來調(tiáo)節係統(tǒng)的發電(diàn)功(gōng)率，從而達(dá)到(dào)光伏(fú)並(bìng)網(wǎng)係統(tǒng)的(dí)防(fáng)逆流(liú)功(gōng)能(néng)。

Abstract:This article introduces the application of PZ96L and AMC96L in Vietnam photovoltaic inverters. Right now, grid companies usually require photovoltaic grid-connected systems to be irreversible , that is, the electricity generated by photovoltaic grid-connected systems is consumed by local loads, and excess electricity is not allowed to supply to the grid. The system can regulate power generation in order to prevent the photovoltaic grid-connected system from generating reverse power.

一家做光伏發(fā)電的公司(sī)，在(zài)確認(rèn)了我(wǒ)司(sī)PZ96L和AMC96L的(dí)協議可(kě)以(yǐ)跟他(tā)們目前使用(yòng)的太陽(yáng)能逆變器對(duì)接後，選(xuǎn)擇(zé)購買(mǎi)這兩款(kuǎn)表來作為(wéi)光伏交(jiāo)流(liú)部分的電(diàn)量統計，來(lái)確保(bǎo)不會(huì)把光(guāng)伏(fú)產(chǎn)生(shēng)的電(diàn)流(liú)輸(shū)送(sòng)向國網。  

The photovoltaic power generation company in Vietnam, after confirming that our company’s PZ96L and AMC96L protocols can be connected to their current solar inverters, they chose to purchase these two models as the electricity statistics of the photovoltaic AC part to ensure that the electricity generated by photovoltaic will not be sent to the state grid.

PZ Series electric energy meters, adopting AC sampling technology, can measure many three phase grid electrical parameters such as current, voltage, power, electric energy etc. directly or indirectly. It may be used for local display, and connected with the control equipment to form measuring and controlling system. Fitted with RS-485 communication port, adopting compatible Modbus-RTU protocol, meters can switch electric parameter signal into standard  analog output, with four-channel (two-channel) switching input / two-channel switching output.

In the solar PV power generation system, the smart PV combiner box reduces the connection between the solar PV cell array and the inverter. The box can monitor the operating status of the solar panels, lightning protector and DC circuit breaker. With RS485 interface, the device can upload the measured and collected data and equipment status.
