Application of Acrel Smart Control Device in Shanghai Tesla Factory Distribution Project
0.背景(jǐng) Background
2018年10月17日,上海市臨港(gǎng)管委(wěi)會(huì)表(biǎo)示,特斯拉(上(shàng)海(hǎi))有限公司(sī)已(yǐ)成功(gōng)摘得上海(hǎi)臨(lín)港裝(zhuāng)備(bèi)產(chǎn)業區(qū)Q01-05地塊864885平(píng)方(fāng)米(合(hé)計1297.32畝)的(dí)工(gōng)業用(yòng)地。2019年(nián)1月(yuè)7日,位(wèi)於上(shàng)海(hǎi)東南一角的(dí)兩港西(xī)大(dà)道(dào)與正(zhèng)嘉路交叉(chā)口,特斯拉工廠一(yī)期宣布開工建設。按(àn)照(zhào)規(guī)劃,該(gāi)工廠(chǎng)一期年產能為25萬(wàn)輛(liàng)純電(diàn)動整(zhěng)車(chē),包括Model 3等(děng)係列(liè)車型(xíng)。2019年3月,特斯拉工廠一(yī)期(qī)工程建(jiàn)設(shè)敲(qiāo)定上(shàng)海(hǎi)本(běn)土(tǔ)建(jiàn)設(shè)企業(yè)——上海建工(gōng)集團(tuán)。特(tè)斯拉(lā)工廠(chǎng)是上(shàng)海的(dí)外(wài)資製(zhì)造業項目,也是特(tè)斯拉在(zài)美國之外的工(gōng)廠,2019年1月開(kāi)工建設。
October 17th, 2018, Shanghai Lin-Gang management committee confirmed the Tesla (Shanghai) Co., LTD has successfully won the land mass Q01-05 l, 864885 m² of industrial land. On January 7th, 2019, first step construction of Tesla factory was announced at the intersection of LiangGang West Avenue and ZhengJia Road, located in the southeast corner of Shanghai. The plant is scheduled to have an annual capacity of 250, 000 electric vehicles at the first step, including models such as the Model 3. In March 2019, the first step of Tesla factory construction was finalized as Shanghai Construction Engineering Group, a local construction company in Shanghai. The Shanghai factory is Tesla's another factory besides the United States and will start construction in January 2019.

本項目為(wéi)特斯拉上(shàng)海臨港(gǎng)工廠二(èr)期(qī)工程(chéng),該(gāi)項(xiàng)目配(pèi)電工程(chéng)有(yǒu)3個(gè)配(pèi)電(diàn)房(fáng),包括能(néng)源中(zhōng)心C2,聯合廠(chǎng)房(fáng)4以(yǐ)及變(biàn)電(diàn)站進綫(xiàn)隔離櫃(guì),共60麵10kV高壓櫃(guì)。
This project is the second step of Tesla's Shanghai Lingang Factory. This project includes 3 distribution rooms, including energy center C2, union workshop 4 and substation incoming isolation cabinets, with totally 60 sets of 10kV high voltage cabinets.
2.產(chǎn)品(pǐn)方案 Product Solution
2.1 產品(pǐn)需求(qiú) Product requirements
本次(cì)針(zhēn)對特(tè)斯拉上海(hǎi)臨(lín)港工廠(chǎng)二(èr)期(qī)工程(chéng),需(xū)要配(pèi)置(zhì)智能操(cāo)控裝置(zhì),對廠區(qū)內(nèi)配(pèi)電工程中(zhōng)所有高壓(yā)櫃(guì)狀(zhuàng)態(tài)進行(háng)的(dí)監(jiān)測(cè)。該(gāi)項(xiàng)目的(dí)要求(qiú)如(rú)下(xià):
1)一次動態模(mó)擬圖,帶電(diàn)顯(xiǎn)示(shì)及閉鎖;
2)溫濕度(dù)數(shù)字控製,數(shù)碼管(guǎn)顯(xiǎn)示;
3)分合閘,儲能(néng),遠方/就(jiù)地開(kāi)關;
4)語音提示(shì),人體感(gǎn)應(yīng);
5)櫃(guì)內(nèi)照明操(cāo)作;
6)RS485/Modbus 通(tōng)訊。
根據(jù)上述要求,故(gù)此選(xuǎn)擇安科瑞ASD200智(zhì)能操(cāo)控(kòng)裝(zhuāng)置。安科(kē)瑞ASD200智(zhì)能操控裝置(zhì)外形結(jié)構如下:
For the project of Tesla Shanghai Lingang factory, smart control device is required to monitor the state of all high-voltage cabinets in the power distribution cabinet in the distribution room. The requirements of the project are as follows:
1) A dynamic simulation diagram, electrical display and blocking;
2) Temperature and humidity control, LED display;
3) Switch on and off, energy storage, remote/local switch;
4) Voice prompt and human body induction;
5) Lighting operation in the cabinet;
RS485/ Modbus communication.
In order to meet the above requirements, we choose ASD200 smart control device. The external structure of Acrel ASD200 intelligent control device is as foll

針對該項(xiàng)目的3個配(pèi)電房(fáng)包(bāo)括能(néng)源(yuán)中心C2,聯合廠房4以及(jí)變電站進綫(xiàn)隔離(lí)櫃,共60麵10kV高(gāo)壓(yā)櫃,以部分(fēn)10kV高壓配電(diàn)櫃(guì)為例,智能操(cāo)控的產(chǎn)品上圖(tú)如下:
For the 3 distribution rooms of the project, including energy center C2, joint workshop 4 and substation incoming isolation cabinets, there are totally 60 sets 10kV high voltage cabinets. Taking part of 10kV high voltage distribution cabinets as example, the products smart control device are shown in the figure below:

This article introduces the application of Acrel smart control products in project of Tesla Shanghai Lingang factory, aiming at the integrated measurement and control in the high-voltage switch cabinet, and the device is widely used in power plant, power system distribution network, factory and construction and other fields. Smart control device can replace live display instrument, temperature and humidity controller, switch position signal lamp, control switch (button), analog plate and electrical measuring instrument and other traditional secondary components, so that the switch cabinet disk clean, beautiful, easy to debug and maintain, to achieve operation and display in one.
