Application of Acrel Power Monitoring System in Pepsi Asia R&D Center

Abstract：Introduce the Pepsi Asia R&D Center, which uses smart power meters to collect various electrical parameters and switch signals at the distribution site. The system adopts the method of on-site networking. After networking, it communicates through field bus and transmits it to the background. The Acrel-2000 power monitoring system realizes real-time monitoring and management of power in distribution stations.

1 概述(shù) Project Overview

百(bǎi)事亞(yà)洲(zhōu)研(yán)發(fā)中心(xīn)位於漕河涇(jīng)開發(fā)區(qū)浦江(jiāng)高科技園。該(gāi)研發中(zhōng)心是(shì)百事公(gōng)司(sī)在(zài)北美(měi)之外(wài)的(dí)研(yán)發中心，也(yě)是百事公(gōng)司在(zài)全(quán)球具整(zhěng)合(hé)性的食(shí)品和飲(yǐn)料(liào)研發中心(xīn)之一(yī)，在百事公司全(quán)球研發網絡(luò)中發(fā)揮*的(dí)作用。

百事亞(yà)洲研發(fā)中心占(zhān)地約(yuē)25畝，建築麵積(jī)近(jìn)2萬平(píng)方(fāng)米(mǐ)，中心(xīn)還設(shè)有(yǒu)一個測(cè)試生(shēng)產(chǎn)工廠，使研(yán)發者得(dé)以快速(sù)測(cè)試(shì)新產品(pǐn)，支持百(bǎi)事公(gōng)司加速在中(zhōng)國(guó)和其(qí)它(tā)成長中亞洲(zhōu)市場進(jìn)行研(yán)發(fā)創新。

本次(cì)項(xiàng)目(mù)承接(jiē)其(qí)的變配電所(suǒ)部(bù)分(fēn)監(jiān)控(kòng)係統。

Pepsi Asia R&D Center is located in Pujiang High-Tech Park, Caohejing Development Zone. The R&D center is PepsiCo’s largest top R&D center outside North America and one of PepsiCo’s most integrated food and beverage R&D centers in the world. It plays a pivotal role in PepsiCo’s global R&D network. 

The Pepsi R&D Center in Asia covers an area of about 25 acres and has a building area of nearly 20,000 square meters. The center also has a test production plant that allows developers to quickly test new products and supports PepsiCo to accelerate R&D in China and other growing Asian markets Innovation.

This project undertakes part of the monitoring system of its substation and distribution station.

2 係統方案

安(ān)科瑞電(diàn)力監控(kòng)係(xì)統(tǒng)根據(jù)百事(shì)亞洲研發中心現場(cháng)實際(jì)情(qíng)況(kuàng)，整(zhěng)體(tǐ)網(wǎng)絡結構(gòu)采用(yòng)屏蔽雙絞(jiǎo)綫直接(jiē)接(jiē)至(zhì)配(pèi)電(diàn)所(suǒ)的數據采集(jí)器然(rán)後直接(jiē)接至(zhì)開閉所的(dí)監(jiān)控主機，保障(zhàng)了配電所電力(lì)監控(kòng)係(xì)統(tǒng)傳輸的(dí)穩(wěn)定性與(yǔ)實(shí)時性。

According to the actual situation of Pepsi Asia R&D Center, Acrel power monitoring system adopts shielded twisted pair cable to connect directly to the data collector of the power distribution station. Then it is directly connected to the monitoring host of the switching station to ensure the stability and real-time transmission of the power monitoring system of the distribution station.

In the application of today's power distribution facilities, power distribution safety is of paramount importance. The Acrel-2000 power monitoring system described in this article is used in PepsiCo Asia R&D Center. It can realize the real-time monitoring of the power consumption of the power supply and distribution circuit of the power distribution station, not only can display the power consumption of the circuit, but also has the network communication function, and can form a power monitoring system with the communication management machine and computer.

The system analyzes and processes the collected data and displays the operating status of each power distribution loop in real time.It has a pop-up alarm dialog box, voice prompt, SMS alarm light, and generates various electric energy reports, analysis curves, graphics, etc. It is convenient for remote meter reading, analysis and research of electric energy. The system is safe, reliable and stable in operation, and provides a true and reliable basis for large-scale public buildings to solve electricity problems.
