Application of Acrel Power Monitoring System in Ndola Stadium,Zambia
摘要:體育場(cháng)弱電係統(tǒng)由11個子係統組(zǔ)成。其(qí)中,作(zuò)為體(tǐ)育場弱電(diàn)子(zǐ)係統之一,電力(lì)監控係(xì)統(tǒng)的功(gōng)能是平時(shí)單機運行(háng),賽事(shì)舉(jǔ)辦期間和消防係統(tǒng),智能(néng)照明係統(tǒng)聯(lián)動,保障場館在承辦(bàn)比賽(sài)期間(jiān)的用(yòng)電(diàn)穩定性(xìng)和安全(quán)性(xìng)。

Abstract:The stadium weak electricity system consists of 11 subsystems. Among them, as one of the stadium's weak electricity system, the function of the power monitoring system is to operate usually as a stand-alone machine, which is linked with the fire protection system and the smart lighting system to ensure the stability and safety of the stadium during the event.

1 概述 Project Overview
援(yuán)贊比亞恩多(duō)拉體(tǐ)育場是一(yī)座能(néng)容(róng)納(nà)4萬(wàn)人(rén)的(dí)體育場(cháng)。體育場位於(yú)恩多拉(lā)市(shì)市(shì)郊A3公路(lù)旁,總(zǒng)占地麵積203300平方米(mǐ),總建(jiàn)築麵積(jī)452080平(píng)方(fāng)米,地上(shàng)4層(céng),建築高(gāo)度(dù)55.80米。共(gòng)27台低(dī)壓(yā)配電櫃,116個(gè)配電(diàn)回路。
Aid Zambia’s Ndola Stadium is a national stadium that can accommodate 40,000 people. The stadium is located next to the A3 highway in the suburbs of Ndola. It covers a total area of 203,300 square meters, with a total construction area of 452,080 square meters, 4 floors above the ground, and a building height of 55.80 meters. It has a total of 27 low-voltage power distribution cabinets and 116 power distribution circuits.

援(yuán)贊比亞恩多拉(lā)體育場(cháng)電力監控(kòng)係統(tǒng)為Acrel-2000型。本係統(tǒng)涉及回路(lù)共(gòng)112個,配(pèi)電櫃上(shàng)安裝的儀表為(wéi)安科瑞(ruì)ACR係(xì)列(liè)及PZ係列多功(gōng)能電力(lì)儀表。
The Acrel-2000 power monitoring system was used to aid the Ndola Stadium in Zambia. The system involves a total of 112 circuits, and the meters installed on the power distribution cabinet are ACR series and PZ series multifunctional power meters.
根據(jù)設計(jì)意(yì)圖和(hé)實(shí)際情況,本(běn)電(diàn)力監控(kòng)係統(tǒng)為(wéi)三(sān)層結構(gòu),現(xiàn)場設備層(céng)由(yóu)安(ān)裝在(zài)低壓配(pèi)電(diàn)櫃上的(dí)多功(gōng)能儀(yí)表(biǎo)組成(chéng),經(jīng)由RS485總(zǒng)綫(xiàn)上(shàng)傳數據。通(tōng)訊管(guǎn)理層(céng)由通訊機(jī)櫃內的通(tōng)訊(xùn)服(fú)務(wù)器,光(guāng)電(diàn)轉換器和工(gōng)業(yè)以太網(wǎng)交換機等(děng)設備組成,其(qí)功(gōng)能(néng)是(shì)連(lián)接現(xiàn)場設備層(céng)和站(zhàn)控(kòng)管理層。站(zhàn)控管理層設備(監(jiān)控(kòng)主機,UPS電(diàn)源,顯(xiǎn)示(shì)器等(děng))均安裝(zhuāng)在監(jiān)控(kòng)室(shì)的通(tōng)訊采集箱內(nèi)。
According to the design intent and actual situation, the power monitoring system has a three-layer structure. The field equipment layer is composed of multi-function meters installed on the low-voltage power distribution cabinet, and data is uploaded via the RS485 bus. The communication management layer is composed of communication servers, photoelectric converters, and industrial Ethernet switches in the communication cabinet, and its function is to connect the field device layer and the station control management layer. The station control management layer equipment (monitoring host, UPS power supply, display, etc.) are installed in the communication collection box of the monitoring room.

The electrical parameter collection of the incoming loop of the low-voltage power distribution system adopts the ACR330ELH power meter, which can measure all conventional power parameters, such as three-phase voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power factor, frequency, active energy, and it can monitor various power grid quality parameters such as voltage and current 2-31 harmonic components, current and voltage unbalance degree.This instrument has 4 photoelectric isolation switch input contacts, these contacts can cooperate with the intelligent circuit breaker to realize the remote signal switch monitoring of the circuit.This series of network power meters are mainly used in substation automation, distribution network automation, residential power monitoring, industrial automation, energy management systems, and intelligent buildings.
配(pèi)出回路(lù)采用(yòng)PZ80L係(xì)列電力儀表,該儀(yí)表(biǎo)主(zhǔ)要完(wán)成三(sān)相(xiāng)電流的(dí)測(cè)量以(yǐ)及(jí)開(kāi)關信(xìn)號(hào)的檢測。演出與(yǔ)商鋪回路設計使用ACR120EL係列儀表,在(zài)三相電流和開(kāi)關信號(hào)檢測(cè)的基礎(chǔ)上,加上所有常(cháng)規(guī)電力(lì)參數(shù)測量和電能計量(liáng)的功(gōng)能(néng)。
The output circuit adopts the PZ80L series power meter, which mainly completes the measurement of the three-phase current and the detection of the switch signal. The circuit design for performances and shops uses the ACR120EL series of meters, based on the detection of three-phase current and switching signals, plus all conventional power parameter measurement and energy metering functions.

In the application of today's power distribution facilities, power distribution safety is of paramount importance. The Acrel-2000 power monitoring system described in this article is used in Ndola Stadium. It can realize the real-time monitoring of the power consumption of the power supply and distribution circuit of the power distribution station, not only can display the power consumption of the circuit, but also has the network communication function, and can form a power monitoring system with the communication management machine and computer.
The system analyzes and processes the collected data and displays the operating status of each power distribution loop in real time.It has a pop-up alarm dialog box, voice prompt, SMS alarm light, and generates various electric energy reports, analysis curves, graphics, etc. It is convenient for remote meter reading, analysis and research of electric energy. The system is safe, reliable and stable in operation, and provides a true and reliable basis for large-scale public buildings to solve electricity problems.
